Privacy & Data Deletion Policy

Prolex Recruitment processes account, profile, application, message, interview, and security information to operate the recruitment platform. We use this information to match candidates and jobs, deliver communications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Information we process

Information may include contact details, employment history, education, skills, uploaded files, applications, employer notes, interview details, account activity, reports, and technical error or security records.

How information is shared

Candidate information is shared with relevant employers when a candidate applies or makes a profile visible. Administrators may review a private conversation only after a participant reports it. We use infrastructure and email providers solely to operate the service.

Retention and security

Access is role-limited. Private message attachments and backups are not public. Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably required for recruitment, safety, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your choices and deletion rights

You can update profile visibility, withdraw eligible applications, disable job-alert emails, export your account information, or permanently delete your account from dashboard settings. You may also request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion by emailing info@prolexrecruitment.com. We may retain limited audit or legal records when required.
